You don’t need to be super-fit to kitesurf and the kit is lightweight, so you don’t need lots of muscle strength either. But of course, a decent level of fitness will help you to progress faster. Your instructor will be there to support you, coach you, and more importantly, keep you safe through the learning process. You must be able to demonstrate safe setup and use of the equipment, and be able to ride upwind (most of the time). If the centre feels that you are not yet ready to Wing foil independently they may swap out some of the rental value for instruction.

For anyone who has never tried wing foiling before, during this wing foil course, you will learn the very basics of Wing foiling. This includes how to use the wing and foil - to your first rides in both directions. Private lessons will ensure fast progression.
