There are limited windy locations around the world at this time of year if you are looking to get away now (or next month). For short-haul travel from Europe, the best windy windsurf spots are Morocco (Dakhla Lagoon for flat water, or Essaouira for waves), Egypt and Southern Fuerteventura . Further afield The Caribbean is great (although can be expensive); the best is Bonaire or St Martin.
