La Olivia Boutique Hotel & Villas
This unique, historic and charming accommodation is situated in the town of La Oliva, a charming town in central Northern Fuerteventura (around 30 minutes drive to the East or West coast). It is a small hotel comprising of 10 rooms, ample garden areas and swimming pool. This wonderful boutique hotel was built on the ruins of an old rustic style house that dated from the early 20th century.
Accommodation consists of 10 rooms on the ground floor and 10 beautiful villas.
HOTEL ROOMS - The 10 rooms on the ground floor are set around 2 interior canarian style patios. All the rooms have:
- Wooden ceilings and wooden floors
- Marble finished bathroom with hidromassage bath
- Heating
- Centralised hot water
- Hairdryer
- Plasma TV with international chanels
- Telephone
- Safety deposit box
CLEANING SERVICE:
- The apartments are cleaned 5 times per Week
- Towels changed 5 times per Week
- Bed linen twice a week.
THE VILLAS - these luxurious villas of rustic design are equipped with all the amenities. Guest of the villas also have full use of the main pool and facilities of the hotel wing.
